Your property qualifies. A DSCR of 1.24 means the rent covers the full mortgage payment — the property pays for itself. Rhino Capital can approve loans at 1.0+. You may see slightly higher rates than the 1.25 tier, but this is a solid, fundable deal.

DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) measures whether a property's rental income covers its mortgage payment. Divide the monthly rent by the total monthly PITIA payment. A ratio of 1.0 means rent exactly covers the payment — 1.25 means rent exceeds it by 25%.
